“This study has taught me that leadership is not about being perfect, confident, or having all the answers. Moses’ story reminded me that God can work through people who feel inadequate, provided they are willing to trust and obey Him. I have learned to stop asking ‘Who am I?’ and instead ask ‘Who is God, and what can He do through me?’ I am also challenged to use the gifts and opportunities God has given me, grow spiritually through discipline and obedience, and intentionally invest in others. My biggest takeaway is that discipleship should not end with me—I should help others grow so that they can also disciple others. As I consider my next steps, I want to pray about whom God has placed in my path, whom I should reach for Christ, and whom I can mentor and help grow in faith. Thank you for taking us through this journey; it has challenged us to look beyond my limitations and trust God for what He wants to accomplish through my life.”
